be difficult. There are a ton of apps that have wallpapers, but it’s
difficult to find truly high quality stuff there. If you’re looking for
it, we have found some amazing collections of HD Android wallpapers and
QHD Android wallpapers that you won’t find in pretty much any
application. Here are the best HD Android wallpapers and QHD Android
wallpapers for your smartphone or tablet! Please note that most of these

The Absolutely Wallpapers Collection by Nick Nice features a ton of
vertical wallpapers designed specifically for smartphones. Images
generally include cityscapes, nature scenes, flat designed wallpapers,
superhero and comic stuff, tech stuff, and a random assortment of other
images. There are a mixture of HD Android wallpapers and QHD Android
wallpapers so you can get stuff specifically for your 1440p device if
you have one but you’ll need to wade through as there seems to be no
categorization between HD and QHD.

Android Wallpapers is a collection put together by Josetx221. This one
features a variety of wallpapers and we’re pretty sure that they’re all
1080p, QHD, or UHD. The collection itself houses a lot of what you would
consider “typical” Android wallpapers. These include the top-down map
images that are popular on Nexus devices. You’ll also find nature
scenes, abstract, landscapes, and other types of wallpapers in smaller
numbers. The vast majority of them are vertical backgrounds but there
are some scrollable sized ones thrown in there as well. It’s a solid
collection overall.

Awesome Backgrounds by Manpreet Singh is another collection that
features mostly vertical wallpapers. They feature a variety of types,
including animals, people, landscapes, flat design, anime, vehicles,
cityscapes, brand names, nerd culture, and a lot more. There is quite a
bit of variety with this one but most of the images come in HD, QHD, and
some are even higher resolution than QHD.

Size: Varies greatly but usually 1080 HD
The simply named Backgrounds Collection by Ingo B. features both wide
and vertical wallpapers which is great if you want scrollable wallpapers
instead of just static images. Some of them are sub-HD and may not look
great on 1080 HD phones or higher, but the majority of the stuff you’ll
find in this collection should fit right. The images are a mixture of
flat/material design, landscapes, cityscapes, space, and abstract.

The Land of Wallpaper collection by Zacharie Loire is a buffet of
wallpapers. Most of the wallpapers in this one range from 1080p to 1440p
and include both scrollable and vertical style wallpapers. There really
is a lot of choose from here. Some of the frequently seen topics
include top-down landscapes, cityscapes, nature scenes, Material Design
inspired wallpaper, cars, and more. There is also a selection of risque
wallpapers here if you’re into that kind of stuff. It’s a solid overall
collection that gets updated fairly frequently.

The Material and Flat Wallpapers Collection by Alex Chaves is a great
collection if you like the flat and Material Design style of wallpapers.
As such, the majority of them are very colorful, muted, and make for
perfect wallpapers. There is a healthy mixture of wide, scrollable
wallpapers and vertical wallpapers for static home screens. There is a
small selection of other images that mostly include cityscapes and
abstract themes. Every wallpaper is 1080p or larger which should work
well on my phone and tablet screens.
